For the past decade Dave has led the development interests for Gardner’s Idaho office. He has been devoted to Boise’s progress since arriving from California to attend Boise State University. Dave’s diversified investment and development portfolio includes over 6 million square feet of real estate including industrial, multi-family housing, student housing, hotels, office, surgery centers, restaurants, and historic re-development properties. With over two decades of experience in the industry, he has a deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven record of delivering successful development projects. Notable among them is his leadership developing City Center Plaza that surrounds the iconic US Bank Building in downtown Boise.
